You can schedule a pickup from 30 minutes to 6 days in advance. Pick the date and time that works for you when you book.

Depending on what you’re moving, you can book a mini van, pickup truck, cargo van, large cargo van or box truck. The app shows what’s available and the price for each before you confirm.

For on-demand deliveries, your card is charged once a driver accepts. For scheduled deliveries, the payment is taken when you book and held until your delivery is complete.

Yes. It’s free to cancel until a driver accepts. After that, a cancellation fee may apply once your driver is on the way or has arrived, or when a scheduled pickup is less than 24 hours away. The app always shows the exact amount before you cancel.

Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, sometimes as the original charge disappearing from your statement.

Yes. Once a driver accepts, you can follow them live on the map, see their estimated arrival time, and message or call them from the app.

Download the Proloda Driver app and complete your application: your driver’s licence, proof of address and work eligibility, vehicle registration and insurance, a police record check and a short safety course. We’ll review it and let you know as soon as you’re approved.

Drivers see what they’ll earn before accepting a job, including pay for waiting time and extra distance. Payouts are sent weekly, on Mondays, to the bank account set up in the app.
