Proloda Express, mini van, pickup truck, cargo van, large cargo van or box truck. For each one, the app shows what it’s best for, example items and the price, so you can match the vehicle to your load.

It depends on the vehicle, the distance, any extra stops and loading, and it’s a little higher on weekends, after 8 p.m. and on holidays. You see the total, tax included, before you book, and the quote holds for 15 minutes. It only changes if the driver waits more than 5 minutes or the trip ends up much longer than quoted.

Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The amount is held when a driver accepts (or when you book, for a scheduled delivery) and charged once your delivery is complete. Your receipt is in the app, with a PDF you can share.

Yes. It’s free until a driver accepts. After that, a cancellation fee may apply, for example once your driver is on the way or a scheduled pickup is less than 24 hours away. The app always shows the exact amount before you confirm.

Yes. Once a driver accepts, you can follow them live on the map with an estimated arrival time, and message or call them in the app without sharing your phone number.

Report a problem from the delivery in the app, with photos, as soon as you can. A real person on our support team will look into it and get back to you.

Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, sometimes as the original charge disappearing from your statement.

You need to be 18 or older with your own vehicle. Download the Proloda Driver app and apply with your driver’s licence, proof of address and work eligibility, vehicle registration, insurance that covers commercial delivery, and a police record check from the last 12 months. We’ll let you know as soon as you’re approved.

Yes. Drivers are independent: you go online when it suits you and decide which jobs to accept. Scheduled jobs are on a board you can reserve from ahead of time.

You see what you’ll earn before accepting a job. Pay for waiting time and extra distance is all yours, with no commission taken. Earnings are paid out weekly through Stripe to the bank account you set up in the app.
